Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage deals with items falling, and or breaking apart in an irregular manner.

Wear, tear, abuse, and or neglect will not be covered by any warranty, under any circumstance.
East Side believes that all items carried are built to the highest quality industry standard, however irregularities and/or defects in all products are impossible to prevent.
For this reason our standard warranty procedure is outlined below.

If you believe a product purchased, may be defective:
- Bring your product with proof of purchase in to any East Side location. No warranty information can be issued over the phone
- Items found to be defective in materials or workmanship must be returned to the manufacturer. In the event of defective merchandise, items will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer and therefore cannot be processed by East Side Board Supply.
- Under select circumstances East Side has been authorized to act on behalf of some manufactures, and may be able to repair, replace or credit defective products.

All Warranty claims MUST INCLUDE RECEIPT and are at the sole discretion of East Side Board Supply Ltd.

WEAR, TEAR, ABUSE AND OR NEGLECT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.



Returns Policy
New, unworn, unopened, unwashed, and unused items may be returned.

Returns with receipt may be:
Refunded for 15 days
Exchange 30 days

NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS



Layaway Policy
We understand that skateboards and snowboards along with all the clothing and acessories can be expensive at times and that is why we have a great layaway program to offer to our customers.

All items can be put on layaway with a minumum of 20% first payment and can be on layaway for a maximum of 60 days. After 60 days the layaway item goes back to on the floor and the payments then become a store credit. all layaway payments are non-refundable.

During the Christmas season all layaways must be picked up by December 23rd.



Special Orders
East Side does it's best to carry what our customers want but sometimes we can be sold out of a certain item which is why we now offer special orders. If you don't see something you want feel free to call us or email us to place a special order and we will do our best to get it for you.

We do ask that you put down a 50% deposit before we try to get your item in and if it isn't available to us then a refund is issued or can be credited towards any East Side location purchase.

If your item is ordered then there are to be no substitutions or refunds and we ask that you allow 30 business days for product delivery

Products valued under $100 cannot be ordered.
